FRENCH LICK TO WEST BADEN MINI MARATHON

Release, Waiver, Assumption of Risk & Indemnification:
In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I do hereby acknowledge that I assume all risks resulting therefrom, and I do hereby, for myself, my heirs, my executors and/or administrators, waive, release, and forever discharge any and all sponsors and organizers, their officers, agents and assigns, the race director and volunteers from any and all liability arising from illness, injuries, or damages I may suffer as a result of my participation in the French Lick to West Baden MINI Marathon. I understand that there will be limited traffic control on the course and that I must watch for vehicles at intersections and on the roadway.

I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Waiver and Release and fully understand that it is a release of liability. By my signature below I am waiving any right that I may have to bring legal action to assert a claim against French Lick-West Baden Chamber of Commerce, French Lick to West Baden MINI Marathon, its subsidiaries and affiliates and all Event sponsors for their negligence.
I further agree to allow French Lick-West Baden Chamber of Commerce, French Lick to West Baden MINI Marathon, sponsors of the Event and members of the media, without limitation or compensation, the unrestricted right to utilize my image or name in video or still photography, for the promotion of this event.
